Improper sampled blocks

Special blockstates and behaviours
Null leaf piles from Biomes o' Plenty now have the same coordinate-based random texture as BoP's own Null leaf blocks.
Corrected names
The datagenned names use the item ID, not accounting for where the original mod uses a language file to give an item a different name. This is fixed (includes Verdant bark items in 1.20).
